RETURN POLICY
ePerba will do its best to satisfy it's customers and provide the best customer service possible.
As such, You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by ePerba.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Once ePerba receives the product for return, it is inspected for quality purposes. If product passes the quality assurance, the ePerba will issue a return within 5-10 business days.
Although not common, ePerba reserves the right to refuse a refund if it feels the product has been used and is not in the original condition at sale.
If you do receive faulty goods and wish to return any item, please contact us immediately and we will exchange the item for you at no additional cost. We can be contacted via e-mail at info@eperba.com.
SHIPPING
Shipping is calculated based on weight or a flat rate. We interface directly to USPS in order to help you calculate the best method. We also use a flat rate shipping, which will be the most cost effective for customers who choose to purchase more than one item. All products will be shipped as soon as possible subject to credit clearance and availability of stock.
